What is the quality of your Zebra skin rugs?

Our Zebra rugs come in various grades including Trophy, Grade A and Grade B. All our skins are quality checked/controlled before shipping to client.

What is the difference in Trophy, A and B grade hides?

Trophy hides are considered the best with almost zero imperfections and very large in size. A grade hides (best sellers) have minor markings that are not easy to notice from a distance where B grades have more pronounced imperfections.

What is the difference between a felted and non felted rug?

Felted rugs are lined with a black felting on the underside of each skin containing a 2 inch reveal around the entire hide. This is to protect the hide from direct contact to a surface thus reducing dirt accumulation and overall wear and tear. Many buyers also prefer going with a non felted hide because this appears to be more authentic and fitting within their space. Either way you choose, your rug will last anywhere from 20 to 30 years if well-taken care of.

What is the average size of a zebra rug?

A fully grown Burchell zebra measures approximately 8 ft from head to tip of tail and 6 ft wide measured across belly with legs.

Is it legal to own a zebra skin rug?

Yes anyone can own a zebra (Burchell breed only) with the legal paperwork. Every rug order comes with the proper import and export documentation that is inspected by customs and passed on to your local postal service company. For US clients, we ship all orders via USPS PRIORITY which takes 5-7 days to arrive. International shipments are made via DHL express or whatever appropriate premiere shipment service offered in your country. All orders come with a tracking number.

What color is a Zebra hide exactly?

Please note that Zebra hides are not black and white as many people believe them to be. The hides we supply are are dark chocolate brown with beige stripes and brown shadows in between. Please carefully refer to our videos or product photos.

How long does it take to build custom furniture pieces?

Every custom furniture piece ordered through OutSourceSol, requires an average 3-4 weeks to completely build. Our custom furniture is consider “build to order” meaning we do not carry any inventory and only design/build upon an order request.

In the case you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days from the time you received your shipment and we will reverse your payment minus $100 restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by you the buyer due to stocking and permit fees accrued by us.

What format of payment do you accept?

All our orders are completed via Shopify and PayPal. A safe and trusted method of completing transactions protecting both the buyer and seller. You do not need to have an account to complete your transaction. Simply pay directly via our website with a secured SSL account knowing your information is safe. All our products come with a no questions asked return policy. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery and we will issue you a full refund (minus $100 restocking fee) no questions asked. Where are your products shipped from?

For clients in the USA, we ship all our hides from our offices in Utah via USPS PRIORITY which takes 5-7 days to arrive with tracking number provided. For all clients outside the US, we ship from our warehouse in South Africa via DHL or Fedex International, which takes anywhere from 6-14 days at a flat rate of $189.99.

Can I return my Zebra rug if not satisfied?

Absolutely! We offer a 14 day return guarantee from the time you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied, simply return your hide as it was sent to you originally and we will refund you the cost minus $100 restocking fee (Shipping & Tanning fees).

Can I return a custom furniture piece?

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns for any custom furniture work that OutSourceSol provides as they are “Build to order” items.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We have many clients across the world and have years of experience shipping internationally.Please note for custom furniture pieces, we only ship within the U.S.

US clients should expect to receive their order within 5-7 days after shipping. Clients outside the US should expect 6-14 days for order to arrive.
