International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are very excited to announce that we will now be offering DHL International shipping to all customers living in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Canada, and Mexico. All shipments will be made directly from our offices in Johannesburg with all documentation included (Non-CITES paperwork, Treatment declaration, and Veterinary Certificate).

PROCESSING AND DOCUMENTATION

 All International orders received on our site will be handled and shipped directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa for smoother and faster processing. All shipments will be made via DHL International and should take anywhere between 7-11 days in transit time. Please allow 3-4 business days to process and apply for all permits prior to shipping.

TRANSIT TIMES

 DHL transit times (door to door) will range between 7-11 days depending on the location. Customs and clearance can sometimes cause delays and this is usually out of our control. Documentation will be included with each shipment in case Customs needs to inspect your Zebra hide. Any duties/fees will the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 days return policy from the time your Zebra hide arrives. All return costs, paperwork, customs, and agency fees will be the buyer’s responsibility when completing a return. We highly advise using DHL as they are the best when handling international door to door shipments. Kindly contact us if you have any questions or plan to return a Zebra rug.
